• Aug 2003:  21mm cyst, right ovary, diagnosed PCOS.  Start BCP
• Dec 2003:  Now 34mm cyst naturally released

2010 

(Our 'first date' in 2010)

• Feb 2010:  Reunited with SS after 10 years
• May 2010:  No more BCP...Not Trying Not Preventing 
• Oct 8-11, 2010:  BFP, BFP, BFP, BFP!!!!
• Oct 16-25, 2010:  Spotting, HCG=134, blank u/s, HCG=32 = m/c @ ~6 weeks
• Nov-Dec 2010:  On hold, post m/c

2011

• Jan 2011:  Resume TTC, BFN
• Feb-Aug 2011:  BFN, BFN, etc.
• Sept 2011:  Begin charting...BFN
• Oct 2011 - Sept 2012:  BFN, BFN, BFN, BFN, etc

2012

• Sept 2012:  Abnomal PAP, Colposcopy = CIN3 (High grade cervical dysplasia)
• Oct 2012:  LEEP, removal of 99% CIN3; TTC on hold, resume BCP x6 months
• Nov 2012:  cd3 blood work for her (voicemail from MA states 'normal')
• Dec 2012:  Seman Analysis for him  (pending follow-up appt with Dr. M)

Next...

• Feb 20, 2013:  Follow-up appt regarding bloodwork and SA
• Apr 14, 2013:  Last BCP...resume TTC!!! :)
